About Eva
I have a MA in Education and several yoga teaching certificates in Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga. I love to weave anatomy focus, mindfulness, strength and stretching in all my routines tailored to the needs of my students. In these times of uncertainty, my goal is to bring people to connect with their body, breath and spirit.

A typical class begins with an intention, breathing exercises, an anatomy focus (lower body, core, upper body), strength and strengthening exercises, deep relaxation and a short meditation. These classes are generally 75-90 minutes to enable several aspects of yoga to be covered (yoga poses, inner focus & meditation)
