I prefer an interactive method because it allows the learner and I to collaborate in doing the work.It gives me a chance to see how much or little does the learner know so that I may assist him or her better.
By curating each lesson to suit the students specific goals and needs its possible to make learning interactive and approachable. My aim with each class is to ensure the student reaches their full potential and walks away feeling accomplished and more confident.
My teaching method is to firstly break down the work into smaller chunks of work to make it more approachable. I also come down to the students' level and incorporate the work into the day-to-day experiences of the students to make it more relatable to them.
