I follow the syllabus and ground students topic by topic to facilitate incremental knowledge and value to the lessons learnt
I believe that my learners should understand fully the topics and be able to state examples in the real world, rather than just calculating/memorizing.

My teaching method is to apply any math problem such as real life challenges to make it easier to understand and make the problem solving simply.
Give the student a guide to study ,tell them to study before class and ask them a lot of questions in class to see if they studied and understood the concept. I am very strict when it comes to school work, so I want my work done. I believe everyone has the potential to pass so I try to push students towards passing.
I believe that practice makes perfect, but the student also needs to understand what he/she is doing. This is vital as with understanding the method will come second nature. To gain understanding it's sometimes better to go back to a CPA approach of concrete, pictorial then abstract.
