I give lessons to grade 10 to grade 12 learners in South Africa. I offer the CAPS syllabus in both Mathematics and the Physical Sciences. My approach to teaching follows the Constructivist Methodology which is based on the premise that learners construct their own knowledge and the role of the teacher is to facilitate learning.
My teaching method is baseline foundation first which will give me an idea of the current knowledge of how my learners understand the subject at hand. I target grade 3-9 learners and base my lesson on strictly what they have learned in class.
