I believe in a well balanced method of practical and theoretical application. This involves making sure the learner has grasped the basic theoretical part of the work and is then able to apply it through practical examples. This is because I believe it is much easier to do work once the basis of it is understood as opposed to rote learning a method.
Making maths and science fun, showing their applications in everyday life, demonstrating technical concepts outside the books, my methods have been successful during my teaching career, students were very happy with the outcome. Now they use it themselves as teachers.
My teaching method is practice makes perfect.
My teaching methods involves engaging on the topic, problem solving and analysing problems as well as tackling solutions together for the student to understand.
When I teach I always start from basics. Having a good grasp of basics basics help build better understanding on complex topics. I also teach by working through examples since the best way is to apply what you have learnt.
I like to make my classes/sessions interactive, it gives that atmosphere which is very conducive for involvement and creative thinking. I give real life examples to physics concepts. Physics and mathematics are just fun and exciting, encouraging such mood gets learning easiest.
My tutoring is based on first getting an idea of just where the students strengths and weaknesses are (likes and dislikes), ensuring the basic principles are in place and then tackling the areas viewed as difficult, and getting them to like Maths and Physics.
I often give lessons to family and friends. I am comfortable with tutoring using new and old methods. I am also flexible to adjusting my teaching to what the student is most enjoys. I look forward to celebrating many successes with all my students.
I teach using a practical approach by working through what the student is currently learning. The lessons will review the work done since the time of the last lesson and prepare the student for work done in the upcoming week.
I'm a student doing final year in university My teaching method and techniques I give students notes and explain to them and the following days I we do past question papers to see if they understand.
I like to repeat myself to explain a single concept and then ask the students after I think they are ready to repeat and explain back to me to try and see if they understand the work. You can only assess whether a person truly understands the work by seeing if the can explain the work to me.
I believe in understanding through practice and teaching. My students should be able to teach me the topics they once struggled with. That will only be possible if they are able to apply the skills we practice to unseen materials like a past paper they haven't done or challenges I engineer for them.
My teaching methodology involves visual clues, instructional conversations and encouraging the learners to understand the concepts and then attempt questions based on their understanding.
wanna be the best chemistry, natural sciences or physics students ? get in touch with me and allow me to assist you into turning your dream into reality. Don't let science get smarter of you while I can help you become the best in science, I'm here for everyone who needs my service.
I prefer a discussion as my method of teaching so that there be interaction with students.
I usually cover theory first, afterwards I hand my students questions and I provide a helping hand and guidance throughout, when a subject area is completed my students are able to complete all questions from past exams with confidence.
My method of teaching is a understanding aproach. The student must first understand what is asked and what are the possible approaches. This way students get the self confidence they need to answer future problems.
My teaching method starts with my interests in knowing what the learner knows and what she/he doesn't know. I do that by first giving a test that will help me know your level of understand you have about a particular topic. That helps me to know where to start and then I give lessons topic depending on your marks on the test I gave first .
I believe that it becomes easy to learn when you are enjoying yourself. I make my lessons as enjoyable as possible as I also approach one problem in different ways as students react differently to stimuli. Students receive an overview of the topic, what to look for, how to tackle questions and get them right. This is before I do the testing of their knowledge.
My teaching approaches differ from student to student. The first thing l do, is identify the student's weaknesses and try to work on improving them. Making relavant real life examples of the subject being covered is what l do best in order to capture the attention of the student particurlaly after finding out what the interests of the student are.
I tutor up to Grade 12 level and my methods include asking the student what they need help with, doing my own extra research and bringing the student extra notes on the subject matter that I can use to explain to the student as we go through the notes together.
I prefer to explain in simple terms so that students understand easily, then allow them to do an example with me watching to see if they understand the concept. After this we will work through more examples together, increasing in difficulty.
I bring out the inner intuitive nature of the students by helping them think differently. Teach kids not just own way to approach a problem but take into account multiple viewpoint. I normally love to teach high school kids Physics and Mathematics.
I like to teach the fundamental concepts so that the student has some real and usable information after my classes. There are ways to make sure you can get passing grades however there aren't any shortcuts to really understanding the work.
i base my classes more on the curriculum to be completed and i also make sure that the student understand the basis of what is being taught. I work at the pace of the student and try my best to make it a fun class as possible being a youngster myself.
I give lessons to learners mainly from grade 4 to 12 in Natural sciences, Physical sciences and Mathematics. My teaching methods mainly involves learner centered and more teacher - learner interaction as well imparting problem solving skills to learners.
I believe in making sure a student is able to understand the principles and foundations of subjects which they might be struggling with that.
My approach is to start by developing a solid foundation. A good fundamental knowledge is developed through my teaching style which gives the students confidence to tackle further problems.
My teaching method is doing theory and make practical examples so that learners can relate and understand. Always two-steps ahead.
I base my classes on understanding and rewards. We will go over our work until it's understood. Rewards increase self confidence and inspire anyone to work harder.
