About Dee
My style of practice is uniquely designed to help you get in touch with your body, calm your nervous system and help you gain tools to manage day-to-day stresses
I use a combination of movement, breathwork acupressure massage and aromatherapy to create an energy healing practice.
I have 200HRS Yoga certifications as well as certifications in Mat Pilates, Yin Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation and Acupressure Massage

I'm very adaptable in my teaching style thus meeting you where you are at physically, mentally and/or spiritually. My aim and goal is to make yoga accessible especially to those that feel this space isn't for them. Falling in love with your body and appreciating the gift of movement as well as improving your mental well-being is important to me. I also offer Acupressure Yoga massage - which is identifying specific problem areas and using yoga poses combined with pressure point massage to release tension. (N.B this service is a hands-on practice) I speak English and (some) Afrikaans :) I teach Beginner, Senior as well as intermediate classes
