About Marília
I am a trained journalist, I joined the Yoga universe in 2012 and since then I have been to India twice to perfect the practice and absorb more knowledge about this philosophy that transforms lives. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have dedicated myself to sharing the light of Yoga and Meditation with more and more people.

My base is the classic Hatha Yoga, based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, with a focus on the awareness of breathing and permanence in the asanas, which has numerous therapeutic effects for those who practice them. The class is usually composed of pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures), Yoga Nidra (conscious relaxation) and meditation.
