In a last 17 years I works to bring the study of yoga off the mat and into the practice of Life.Enjoy inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term inner balance as a key to unlocking the natural healing powers that reside in the body.My Tantra Krija Yoga practice is based on studies with Hiroshi Motoyama. Previous work experience includes yoga and fitness personal training for 18 years-(6 full time).
