About Roshan
4 years ago i began to go through physical and mental suffering. I was forced by situation to practice meditation and yoga.
On this journey, I healed my stomach issues and other physical issues. I realise the root causes of these mental and physical issues. And finally now I have been living in better condition from past few months.
I also went through financial crisis, relationship issues, work issues, family issues and other. These situations help me to level up my skilled to be able to manage them better.
