About Lmc
I am Man Ching and I’m a certified yoga instructors. I teach Hatha Yoga, flow yoga and Niguma yoga. I like to include meditation and mantra in my yoga sequences. I think meditation is quite important because it can really calms people’s minds due to their busy lifestyles now. A good meditation not only can calm people’s minds but also improve their lives. I have also been practicing Niguma yoga- Tibet lineage since 2014. In total, I have over 3 years experience in meditations and yoga practice. I would love to share what I have learned and contribute to the community.

I like to create an atmosphere that allows people to be themselves. To me, Yoga is not just to stretch or earn flexibility, it more than that. A true yoga is the search for a worldview that actually bring people happiness. Everyone can do Yoga, with the right practice and people around you, you will feel amazing on and off of your mat.
