About Daniel
I am a 31 year old man. Born in Vilagarcia. Sports and movement enthusiast. As well as the functioning of the human body. I trained first in training and animation of physical sports activities, then I studied nursing, and I felt that something was left halfway, too much pharmacology.
For this reason, after working for a while, I decided to go to different parts of the world to learn different ways of living, and I ended up in India, studying yoga. Today I continue training to be a Gestalt psychotherapist and fully understand the human being, being aware of the instinctive, emotional and mental aspects. Accompanying each person to seek how to balance body, mind and emotions.

The yoga I teach is a mix between Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, bioenergetics and specific exercises to strengthen the weakest parts of our body, or those that need more reinforcement. Each class will be unique and we will search together for what we need. Going through parts of the activation class, others of body delivery and ending with a complete relaxation to recharge the body.
In addition to being a yoga teacher, I have professional training in training and physical sports activities. Nursing graduate with a master's degree in special units (ICU, REA, emergency...)
Right now I am training in Gestalt Therapy, Psychoastrology and Reiki level II.
