About Josiah

I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years. I started out for my own injury rehab but the benefits I experienced where tremendous. I began translating yoga into my different hobbies like Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, bouldering, and running. The more I practice the more I appreciate and I always learn. Yoga with me today!
