About Josiah
I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years. I started out for my own injury rehab but the benefits I experienced where tremendous. I began translating yoga into my different hobbies like Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, bouldering, and running. The more I practice the more I appreciate and I always learn. Yoga with me today!

Nidra will help you do a lot more than just sleep. it’s roots go back far into the subconscious mind and the ancient instincts of the human species. This practice will dramatically improve your connection to your dreams as well as improving sleep and immune support.
