About Priscilla
I am a 200 hour Naked Truth Yoga certified instructor, and an ACE certified personal trainer, with 5 years of full time experience. I teach a range of group yoga, fitness, and fused style classes, and provide one-on-one training.

My methodology depends on the clients wants and needs. There are many different class styles I can offer for example:
-vinyasa flow
-beginner flow
-deep stretch
-yin
-yang
-yang yin
-a focus on binds, balances, breathing/meditation and so on.
Being a personal trainer I can also include fused classes with more of a variety of yoga incorporating fitness. I will always adapt to my clients wishes, which is what makes me a dynamic and helpful trainer.
