About Caridad
Teaching started as a labor of love that I performed for free until the process became professional. I simply prefer helping those who already possess deep knowledge and just need that final stubborn piece corrected. It is quite satisfying when a student finally finds the flow.
My practice centers on restorative yoga, warm-up sequencing, and the stillness of relaxation and savasana. I am an RYT-500 Yoga Alliance certified teacher who guides practitioners through complex standing balances and intricate vinyasa flow. Having taught over 400 students across 6 years, I value the clarity that comes when a movement suddenly feels obvious.

Starting with your current routine, we adjust small mechanics to improve your breathing and daily warm-ups. It is actually about refining what you already know rather than reinventing the wheel.
I find that subtle shifts in weight distribution often change the entire pose. Recorded breathing and warm-up routines for daily practice form the backbone of our time together.
I integrate my RYT-500 training to ensure your alignment stays sound while you move through 60 minute intervals. My experience suggests that slow, incremental changes lead to the most lasting results. You will leave feeling grounded and steady.
