With experience in guiding students of all ages and fitness levels, I specialize in therapeutic yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices for stress relief, flexibility, and holistic well-being.

Each class is designed to bring balance to body, mind, and breath. We start with gentle warm-ups & joint movements, followed by a guided yoga flow including traditional asanas (postures) for strength, flexibility, and alignment. Breathing practices (Pranayama) are integrated to calm the mind and improve energy.
Suitable for all levels (beginners to advanced)
Focus on correct alignment and safe practice
Options for therapy-based yoga (back pain, stress, hypertension, etc.)
