About Jekaterina
My name is Katia and I am from Latvia. I was living in Greece, Spain and currently living in UK. Was always passionate about yoga and was working as yoga teacher in five star hotels. Also finished 200 hours yoga course in UK, and got certification. As a new mother, I know practically about mind and body changes during pregnancy and after giving birth. And I know how important it is to keep mind relaxed and calm, and body strong and powerful.

As a new mother, knowing practically how important it is to take care of yourself in such an important moment, I help other mums to rest their minds and make bodies stronger.
