About Jenna

I am a certified yoga teacher.
I have been practicing yoga for more than 5 years, incorporating it in my day to day 2 years ago.
I teach face-to-face classes, at home and online. Languages: Spanish, English and German.
Classes can be individual or group.

About the lesson

The classes are for beginners and people who want to join the world of yoga. Classes last between 1 hour and 90 minutes. Classes include practicing asanas, meditation, and pranayama (controlled breathing). Depending on the student's interest, the class can focus on a specific element (for back pain, relaxing, activating, etc.) or a theme (forgive, trust, strength, etc.).
