About Gloria

I'm actress and yoga lover for almost 10 years now. I started teaching Hatha Yoga in 2014. I really enjoy sharing from my personal experience the benefits that yoga could bring on a physical, mental and / or spiritual level.

About the lesson

I like to focus on the personal goals of my students, always from a place of kindness and love for the body and prioritizing conscious breathing. I always work from the individual, respecting the physical and mental limits of each person.
