About Khushi
I did my BSc in Ashtanga yoga with yogic therapy And currently I'm doing MSc in yoga therapy from SVYASA University. I want to share my knowledge because, nowadays yoga is Known as only physical exercise, But yoga is not physical exercise only, It is combination of mind, body and soul. I will teach the things as people can apply easily in their life.
