About Kalawati
I am a certified Yoga professional (YCB & Sivananda) and a Life Coach, but above all, I am someone dedicated to the universal truth of human wellness. I do not see yoga as a hobby or a workout; I see it as a mechanical necessity for a free life.
Modern medicine is often about survival, not a cure. It is designed to manage our symptoms and keep us functioning within a system of "modern slavery"—where we are stressed, tired, and disconnected. While medicine can keep us alive, it cannot make us feel alive. It helps us survive the day, but it does not heal the root of our suffering.
Many people think Yoga is only about Asanas (physical poses). This is a misconception. To me, Yoga is a complete way of life. It is the science of the self.
Asanas are just the beginning—they prepare the body so the mind can sit still.
True Yoga is about Nervous System Regulation, mental silence, and staying grounded in your natural state.
Why I Teach
I share this knowledge because I want to empower you. I want to help you realize that you have the power to heal yourself. My goal is to help people:
Break Free: Move beyond the "survival mode" of modern life.
Realize Your True Nature: Understand that peace and strength are already inside you; you have just forgotten how to access them.
Stay Grounded: In a world of digital noise and fake perceptions, I provide a space for what is real and eternal.
I am not here to give you a temporary fix. I am here to share a way of living that helps you realize your true nature—which is silent, powerful, and free.

In today’s world, many of us live in a state of modern slavery. We are constantly tied to our screens, trapped in a cycle of high-pressure work, and disconnected from our true, natural selves. This leads to deep mental fatigue, chronic anxiety, and a feeling of being "stuck." My sessions are designed to help you break free from this cycle and return to a state of inner freedom and grounding.
Through traditional Hatha Yoga, we focus on restoring your natural flexibility and steady alignment. We don’t just move the body; we use Breathwork (Pranayama) and Nervous System Regulation to quiet the "noise" of modern life. This practice is a powerful tool for Stress Management and Anxiety Relief, helping you move out of a state of constant "fight-or-flight" and into a state of deep, silent peace.
As a certified professional in Yoga and Life Coaching, I understand that today’s health issues—like Depression, Insomnia, and Mental Burnout—are signs that we have lost our connection to the "universal truth" of balance.
My classes provide a safe, simple, and grounded space for Holistic Healing. We use Grounding Techniques to help you feel stable, strong, and connected to the earth again.
Whether you are looking for Yoga for Beginners or Intermediate or a deep Mindfulness practice, these sessions will help you reclaim your time, your health, and your peace of mind.

Details
True healing is an investment in yourself. To ensure we are a good fit, I provide a complimentary first class. My hourly rate reflects my dual certification in YCB and Sivananda Yoga, ensuring you receive authentic, high-quality guidance. We will move beyond survival mode and work toward your true nature at a rate of 650 INR per hour for online class and if students can come to my place it will be same but if they join group its will 500 per hour
For teaching at students home price will vary.according to distance number of sessions per week..
