About Mauro
I am a lover of yoga philosophy, yoga instructor and reiki teacher. In Yoga, I have experience of three years as a practitioner of Ashtanga and a little more time as a student and practitioner of philosophy. But it was not until last year that I started practicing asanas more consistently, and with greater respect and seriousness. I studied and did internships in Rishikesh and Palolem India, I taught in Malaga during 2019 and now definitely in Barcelona I am beginning to transmit what I have lived and learned to those who accept it. I am also a teacher and practitioner of Reiki Usui (7th generation), I have 5 years of experience and I always intend to balance and harmonize the people who practice them.
