I'm a professional yoga teacher and fitness trainer. I have lots of experience of teaching in different kinds of Institutions, schools and colleges.
I have done my Masters in Yoga , foundation course and Yoga volunteer program from morarji Desai institute.
I'm giving private classes since 2018.

So In my class every student is important for me wheather it's personal or group. Those who keen towards fitness i give them daily task in natural way which will Explained different fitness exercises, yoga styles and poses to students. I Always gave
them challenges Or task during the class for particular asanas also
For motivating the students and clients I performed the asanas first
then demonstrate about the benefits of that aasana.
