About Mathilde
I started my yoga journey after reading the Miracle Morning of Hal Elrod, which encouraged me to exercise for 20 minutes every morning. Once I started yoga and saw the benefits it had on my physical and mental health, I carried on practising more and more and did a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in France focusing on Vinyasa and Warrior Yoga. Being on a Yoga mat just feels right for me. It enables me to get my body, mind and soul connected. Movement and breathing helped me find these connections between body, mind and soul or just within body parts. I completed an initiation to Wim Hof Method and a practical course on the power of breathing by Inspire Potential. I expand my knowledge of asanas by studying anatomy and participating in workshops focusing on how neurology relates to the physical practice of yoga, and how this knowledge can help students thrive. Yoga enables me to challenge myself, go out of my comfort zone, and hack my brain through breathing techniques and movement. It allows me to recentre, to take time for myself and to empower at a psychological level. It enhances my confidence and gratefulness. It allows me to connect with my authentic self.

Coming to my yoga classes will help you improve your mobility, balance, flexibility and strength. You will enhance the connections between your body, breath and mind as well as explore meditation in movement. You will explore the power of breathing techniques to release stress or discomfort in asanas and have fun doing some brain-hacking tips! This class will make you feel good within yourself, mentally and physically.
