About Lisa Marie

4 Years ago I started a Yoga Teacher Training in the Sivananda Tradition. Since then, I also did a Mantra and Yin Yoga Teacher Training as well. I practice every day and like to teach my classes with passion, heart and my calming voice.

About the lesson

Let me open your heart through my voice. You will be making a deep expirience. Yin Yoga is a very intensive and meditative practice. You will enjoy it, when also your mind is getting more calm. Contact me if you like to do this type of practice.
