About Shubhangi
I am a Hatha-Vinyasa yoga teacher, trained at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. Yoga transformed my life and stress into balance and strength and I want to share this knowledge to help others find calm, resilience and holistic well-being in their lives. I am also a Creative and Expressive Dance Movement Facilitator, I help you to regulate your nervous system with somatic bodywork and breathwork techniques.

My method blends traditional Hatha-Vinyasa yoga with a focus on stress management and cortisol reduction. I also help women to manage PCOS and Peri-menopause symptoms. It involves flows and listening to the body. Classes are tailored for all levels, combining mindful movement, breathwork and accessibility to create a grounding, rejuvenating experience that supports holistic well-being.
