Hi guys I am an International Certified safe yoga trainer who believes in simple techniques of relaxation and I believe one must do Yoga for their mind, soul, and body as we are all occupied in stressful activities and work during all day and exercise of 30 min makes a huge difference in our life live peacefully and without stress. So let's do Yoga for all

About the lesson

I emphasize on very simple techniques of Yoga. As a international certified yoga trainer I believe in relaxation and breathing techniques of Pranayama and Hatha yoga. Sun salutation in the morning. Emphasize on one to one training and my students development which helps to improve their overall well beings.
