About Missy
I do teach a variety of classes. Strength and balance vinyasa flows, gentle restorative hatha yoga, sun salutations, vinyasa, core and cardio, prenatal, mommy and me, and plenty more! I am known as a teacher who challenges students and leaves you feeling sore but energized. My classes can be challenging. I teach beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
