About Azmira
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. It was my first experience in taking care of my body and starting a journey to be physically active. It grew to be much more than that - as it provides an avenue for mental growth and emotional regulation.
I want to share my love for yoga and that it can meet you wherever you are at. Wether you are interested in building a physical practice or looking for mental and spiritual alignment, I believe I can help you get there through curated sessions.

I believe that yoga is for everyone and it is beyond physical practice. My goal as a guide is to help you find a safe space to move and challenge your mind and body to grow resilient, kind and supportive of your daily activities.
I am a believer in customising my sequences and classes not only to your physical readiness level but also to accommodate your mental health. I include practices such as guided meditation, intention setting and breathwork in my classes too.
