I am someone who finds that the journey of life is inwards and the outer world is simply a reflection of your inner world. I like reading spiritual books, but more than that I like implementing small routines that can help me expand my consciousness to the universal consciousness.

Yoga is a journey back to yourself. Along with physical movement, I do help you build small routine for spiritual awareness.
My teaching method is flexible to the student requirements. The class includes pranayama, sun salutations, yoga asana practice & relaxation/meditation.
