About Tanya

I’m a yoga teacher who believes that yoga is much more than just flexibility. I was naturally very flexible, but through my own practice, I realized that proper alignment and body awareness are far more important than simply achieving a posture or opening the body.

That’s why I want to share my knowledge with others and help them understand asanas more deeply.

About the lesson

My focus is on alignment, flexibility, and body awareness in asana. I want my students to understand each posture, practice with proper alignment, and develop flexibility mindfully rather than just trying to achieve a pose. My approach is to help them build a deeper connection with their body through conscious and safe practice.
