I have experience teaching online, physically in studios, Cross Training gyms and for sports teams.
I have continued to self educate ever since through workshops and training.

I have always been fascinated with the way the body moves. I actively encourage my students and clients to vary their movement to include a varying range of movement practices, not just yoga! Be that strength training, running, pilates or hiking!

I have a particularly anatomical and mobility-based approach to yoga and movement which compliments most lifestyles or training modalities.
I can offer sessions locally in Glasgow or online via zoom
