About Paula

I am originally from Brazil but have lived in Scotland for over 10 years. Yoga has revolutionised my life and helped me overcome mental health issues and become much more grounded and grateful. It is a beautiful journey that I would love to share with people, hence the teacher training course!

About the lesson

Yoga is a work-in and not a work-out. Lessons are underpinned on breath and mindfulness and designed to suit your needs and goals. Incorporating pranayama and yoga philosophy to ensure you feel taller and lighter once the lesson is finished.
