Hello, I’m Anurag, a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor with nearly two years of experience guiding students through the transformative practice of yoga. I specialize in a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, and I am deeply committed to helping individuals achieve not just physical fitness, but also emotional and mental well-being through yoga.

My classes are for anyone who wants to improve their overall well-being, regardless of experience level or physical limitations. You might find my classes particularly helpful if you are:

As a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor, I believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student feels comfortable to explore their practice. My teaching methodology is based on a deep understanding of both the physical and mental benefits of yoga, and I approach each session with the goal of helping my students achieve holistic well-being.

I design personalized yoga sequences based on each student’s specific needs and goals, whether they are dealing with injuries, chronic pain, or looking to improve flexibility, strength, or mindfulness.

I emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection in each class, encouraging students to focus on breathwork and alignment to enhance both their physical and emotional well-being.

I teach a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, tailoring the pace and intensity to suit the student’s level and needs.

I am committed to helping my students not only improve their physical strength and flexibility but also enhance their mental clarity and emotional stability.

Typically, my yoga sessions last between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the goals and needs of the student. For private sessions, I often start with a short discussion to understand the student’s current state of health, injuries, or any emotional concerns, before guiding them through a tailored practice. The length of the session allows for a full warm-up, asana practice, and cooldown, including meditation or breathwork to ensure a well-rounded session.
