About Rittikaa
Transforming Lives Through Yoga Ever wondered how a simple breath can change your day? I'm Ritika, a certified yoga instructor on a mission to bring the calming power of yoga to people of all ages and stages of life. From the bustling streets of well-known yoga schools to the serene ambiance of Uttarkashi Sivananda Ashram, my journey has led me to become a beacon of wellness and tranquility. Graduating with a Yoga Instructor Course in 2021 and currently pursuing a BSC in Yoga Therapy from the prestigious S-VYASA University, my educational path has been as enriching as the diverse yoga practices. I teach Specializing in Yoga for Children, Pre-Natal, Stress Management, and more, I thrive on crafting specialized yoga experiences that cater to individual needs. My foundation in Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and the profound teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, not only fortifies my sessions but also deepens the understanding and connection of my students with yoga. I believe in nurturing the body and mind to harmonize with the essence of yoga, creating transformations that extend beyond the mat. Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.
Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Balance on one foot, while holding the other foot to your calf or above the knee (but never on the knee) at a right angle.
Our class starts with Pranayama, warm up, sun salutation and Asanas.
After, few days we can continue with Pilates, ball yoga, chair yoga and new methods to make the class attractive and for you to feel easy and calm.
