I have been a Yoga practitioner for approximately 8 years, I have two years of experience teaching. I have practiced different styles of hatha yoga, I enjoy each of them but my tendency when I have shared my practice is towards more relaxed styles.

My approach is directed to a hatha yoga practice suitable for anyone.
