About Saurav

I have pursued a Bachelor of Science in yoga therapy and have more than 5 years of working experience in the field of Yoga. I have been teaching individually and in groups as well. Passionate to teach various techniques to practice Asana (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing practices) & Meditation and also adept in creating powerful teaching plans that aim to support and benefit each and every individual.

About the lesson

My teaching methods include therapy yoga, power yoga, traditional yoga, Yoga for stress management, vinyasa yoga, breathing exercises, Ashtanga yoga, hatha Yoga, Pre-post Natal yoga, meditation. I also keep a track of clients' vital parameters to know their health status.
