About Balbina

I’m a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with a deep love for mindful movement and intentional living. My teaching blends alignment-based Vinyasa with breath awareness, functional mobility, and a calming grounded presence. I focus on creating an inclusive space where everyone can explore their practice safely and with confidence. My goal is to help students build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves—both on and off the mat.

About the lesson

Choose to practice with me if you’re looking for thoughtful, anatomically informed yoga that meets you where you are. I combine a deep understanding of movement and alignment with a warm, grounded teaching style that supports both physical growth and inner awareness. My classes are intentionally sequenced to help you move safely, build strength, and release tension—while staying connected to breath and body. Whether you’re new to yoga or refining your practice, you’ll feel supported, seen, and encouraged to explore with curiosity and care.
