About Saini

Hello! My name is Saini and I am a certified yoga instructor and have been using yoga in my everyday practice. I offer an approachable and simple way to explore yoga, which would suit beginners as well as those exposed to yoga previously.

About the lesson

I ensure that every class has enough rigour combined with variety to keep the practice interesting. Each session would have a unique focus area (yoga for core strength, yoga for hips and hamstrings, deep twists and bends, etc.)

I also encourage all my students to embrace yogic breathing along with physical practice

Reviews

All the reviews collected from students are verified by our team. They are therefore reliable and correspond to a real experience with Saini.
