Firstly, as an individual I am always excited to share my thoughts and perspectives with people who are equally interested in that particular topic.
Secondly, I do not believe in competition with others, it should truly focus on how can you better yourself through your own practice.
Thirdly, I believe the practice should be communicative & friendly in nature, so that the student can share their own problems with the teacher.

My main perspective towards teaching Yoga is basically for a healthy body & mind staying at your own comfort. Now the teaching techniques which I do follow for it:-
1) Discipline, Communication, Problem-Solving, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Relaxation Yoga.
2) Breathing Techniques(Pranayama), Asanas for fitness & also for pain relief & Meditation.
3) My special feature as a teacher would be to teach people about the real values & benefits of Yoga.
4) Lastly, the classes are intended for everyone, including school children & adults who want to learn Yoga.
