About Sakshi
Yoga has been part of my life for many years, and it's been one of the greatest gifts I've ever given myself. Along the way, I earned my certification and had the joy of personally guiding students through their own journeys of growth. I want to share this practice with you because yoga holds such beautiful, ancient wisdom—it has a way of gently connecting your mind, body, and soul, and bringing you back home to yourself. This isn't just about postures or flexibility. It's about discovering who you really are, at your own pace, with patience and love. As you practice, you'll be amazed at how your body grows stronger, your mind grows quieter, and your spirit finds a deep, lasting peace. I'd be honored to walk this journey with you.
