About Sadaf

I am a medical doctor (BAMS, MD in Swasthavritta and Yoga) and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. I have taught health-science students at university level as an Assistant Professor, and I currently teach yoga to international students online. Teaching is my favorite part of practice: I love helping students understand not just what to do, but why, so yoga becomes a sustainable part of daily life.

About the lesson

My classes combine asana, pranayama and meditation, taught concept-first and adapted to each student's level and pace. A typical session opens with centering and breathwork, moves through a guided asana practice with clear alignment cues, and closes with relaxation or meditation. I teach live one-on-one online classes and also work with international students. Classes suit beginners and intermediate practitioners, adults of any age, and anyone building a regular home practice.
