About Sushil
I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and I am a certified yoga instructor. I have been teaching yoga as a volunteer for the last 4 years. Now, I also take personal classes. I have experience in taking classes both in India and in the UK. I have also taught yoga in gyms and training centres.

I follow the Sri Sri Yoga pattern. We use breathing techniques and yoga to relax the body and the mind to go deeper into meditation. The yoga poses are adapted to both beginners and to people with experience, I also take into consideration your needs and adapt the programme around you!
