I am a law student who has been practicing yoga for the past 7 years. This is my first shot at teaching yoga but I am pretty confident about it. Yoga has made a big difference in my life and I am sure that it will do the same for you!

My teaching is highly subjective as it depends upon the capacity of the student itself. That being said, yoga is something which has to be taken slowly and must be done with utmost patience. For these reasons, I like to target a specific part of the body for a specific day in order to attain complete flexibility.
