About Anish
I am Anish from Jammu & Kashmir .
I have been learning Yoga since 2008 and sharing with others since 2017.
I have done my Foundation course in Yoga from BBAU(Central University) Lucknow. I have also been trained at Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar.
I have held classes for Army Officers and their families here in my home town for which i have received several appreciation certificates. I have been holding online sessions ever since 2017 in which thousands of people from India and abroad have joined me .
I believe Yoga is not something that we do on the mat , it is something that we live.
