I am an Internationally certified Yoga,Therapy yoga,Mat pilates Trainer with experience in various aspects (weight loss, relaxation,stress relief, and bringing awareness towards healthy life style and guiding with good diet and various pranayama techniques). I Like to encourage students to practice yoga and move towards healthy lifestyle .

-Classes are taken in the morning as well as evening times
