About Jessica
The yoga classes that I facilitate present lines of different methods and styles of yoga, providing the student with a more comprehensive and self-appropriate practice. It is a practice suitable for anyone, of any age, it always has several variations and adaptations depending on the physical condition of each one. Developing skills, but always respecting your body.

I am a yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance International, I completed my training at the FreeFlow Yoga School, in Porto, in May 2021. I am therefore a recent graduate but I have been teaching for about 4 months now.
Before taking this training, I took a bachelor's and master's degree in Basic Education, so my passion is to share a little of what I know with other people, encouraging constant learning for myself and others. I believe that every time we teach something, we learn twice as much.

Após algumas aulas de yoga com a Jéssica, só posso recomendar. Para além de ser uma instrutora muito querida e atenciosa com quem se cria uma grande empatia, mostra-se sempre disponível e atenta aos pormenores na execução da prática. Super recomendo!
