About Dhruv
I am a certified International yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for 11 years. I have done a 200-hour teacher training course from a registered yoga alliance (USA) Institute in Kerala. I have done certification in yogasana and foundation course from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (New Delhi). I want to help people to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health. A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. You will be confident and happier than ever.
