I have been a volunteer and student for several months at the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga School in Madrid and I am currently pursuing the Certificate of Professionalism in Yoga Instruction at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. I have attended several Hatha, Bhakti Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda workshops and retreats.

About the lesson

I teach Hatha Yoga for all ages and levels with health as the main objective and the spine as the focus of attention. One class includes a short meditation, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation. I also teach guided meditations such as visualizations, Antar Mouna and Yoga Nidra.
