Hello dear Yogi!
I've been practicing yogic techniques for the last 17 years and teaching since past 5 years now.
My students have been mostly in the age group of 35 to 70 and have benefited greatly in their physical and mental health.
The class would include shatkarma, tonnes of poses of medium and advanced category, pranayama, meditation.
Curiosity drove me to learning and it could be the same for you! All levels are welcome.
