About Avanthi

Hello! I am a passionate yoga practitioner and a certified YCB Level 1 Yoga Protocol Instructor, currently preparing for YCB Level 3 – Yoga Teacher & Evaluator. With a strong personal practice in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, I believe yoga is a wonderful way to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance, and mental well-being. My approach is friendly, patient, and focused on helping students feel comfortable and confident in their practice. I strive to create a supportive learning environment where everyone can learn at their own pace, regardless of their experience level. I look forward to sharing the benefits of yoga and helping others build a healthy, mindful lifestyle.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on safe, gradual, and mindful yoga practice, combining clear instructions, demonstrations, and modifications according to individual abilities. A typical class begins with centering and warm-up exercises, followed by asanas, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, and relaxation. With a focus on Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, I aim to help students improve flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness while developing a calm and focused mind. My classes are beginner-friendly, supportive, and designed to help each student progress at their own pace. I intend to teach adults and beginners who wish to incorporate yoga into their daily lives for overall health and well-being.
