About Shivani
I am a 28-year-old enthusiastic corporate girl who adapted to a yogic lifestyle and yoga asanas to keep her energetic and healthy while doing a 10-hour sitting job. But yoga adapted me and I feel I should spread this knowledge to each and every person no matter what their age or what disease they are having. My motto is to make them move and healthy️
